We ship via Australia Post Standard and Express to home addresses and StarTrack to a business address only. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other shipping options.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your postcode for orders under $50.00.
- Many of our products come with Free Shipping.
- In case of a missed delivery, a card will be placed in your letterbox to let you know when you can pick up your order from your local Post Office. The tracking number is emailed to you for your own reference.
Note: Australia Post should leave you a card but it is more important to check your tracking email in case their parcel is waiting at the Post Office.

- A contact name and signature may be required upon delivery for all orders.
- Every effort is made to securely pack your goods to ensure they arrive in good order. In the rare event of damage occurring in transit, we are committed to shipping replacement goods to you as soon as possible.
